LCD Comparison, Part III: It's Christmas Already!
Tom's Hardware look over a round half dozen LCD monitors! With prices in retreat there's never been a better time to send a begging letter to Santa!

The second item of news is that Europe has caught up considerably with the United States. In fact, it's doing even better if you take into account the fact that US prices are not burdened with Value Added Tax, payable only on the other side of the pond. This means thtat European monitors are sometimes less expensive than the American versions.

XP 2400 OverClocking Article
OCIA has posted up a quick article on overclocking the XP 2400 CPU. Unlocking these puppies is as simple as closing the last L3 bridge and with a little care you can do this without even filling the pit by using a " ] " shaped line.

Pinto, Palomino, and Phen Phen… What do these three have in common? They all once where the cream of the crop until they got the ax. Remember the Pinto? Wasn’t that a nice little car? To bad it exploded whenever it got rear ended. What about Phen Phen? Great stuff for weight loss if you don’t mind heart failure. Then there is the Palomino. A fast little devil that required a new fire extinguisher mod on the side of your case. Now we have the new Thoroughbred "B" chip that helps one of AMD's biggest weaknesses: heat. But just having a cooler running chip wasn’t enough for the guys at AMD.
