A
Closer Look:::...
Before
we look inside the case let's look at that side panel. The
dominant features is that large, adjustable air duct extending
from the rear of the panel.
Dimples
in the outer, flared section hold it in place against the
concentric grooves molded into the fixed section. Once adjusted
I'd be tempted to tape the sliding portion in place as it
doesn't hold very securely towards its extended position,
not that it really needs to unless it gets moved or knocked
to be fair.
The
duct needs to be adjustable to accommodate the wide range
of air coolers on the market, and to keep the suggested
12mm-20mm gap between the duct and the top of the cooling
fan.

On
removing the side panel I was met with a sign that although
the paint finish looks nice enough, it's also quite brittle
and probably won't take a lot of abuse. Either that or the
side panel screws had been way overtightened, and that didn't
appear to be the case when I removed them.
