Part Four: 3DMark2000 v1.1
We've seen how the Radeon works on 32-bit DX8.x, now lets see how the Radeon performs on older DX7.x titles. The best way to test this performance is with MadOnion's 3DMark2000 version 1.1
BEST PERFORMANCE
Driver Version | 3276 | 6011 | 6015 | 6018 | 6022 | 6025 | 6032 | 6037 | 6043 | 6052 | 6058 | 6071 |
3DMark Score | 9299 | 10483 | 10515 | 10479 | 10457 | 10410 | 10326 | 10579 | 10309 | 10576 | 10579 | 10531 |

Performance wise on DX7.x hasn't been improved drastically. From the CD version however, you can see that the scores have shot up, but nothing more after that. Still hitting 10k on a stock card is superb! Any DX7.x game will play amazingly on this!
FULL ANISTROPIC FILTERING
Driver Version | 3276 | 6011 | 6015 | 6018 | 6022 | 6025 | 6032 | 6037 | 6043 | 6052 | 6058 | 6071 |
3DMark Score | 9640 | 9635 | 9643 | 9652 | 9640 | 9621 | 9569 | 9582 | 9655 | 9652 | 9714 | 9735 |

Looking at the performance on Anistropic Filtering has changed the look on DX7.x performance with better image quality. As you can tell, the latest drivers have shot up.
Nearly breaking 9.8k still gives you high frame rates, but with better quality.
