Version
1.29 of CPU-Z now correctly identifies the X2 and sees both
cores correctly.

For the heck of it I also ran CPU-z's memory
latency app too:

Device
manager also sees both cores as you'e expect it to, though
the model numbers remain unidentified thus far.

Windows
Task Manager also sees both cores and accurately reports
usage history for both.

And
while dual cores may be overkill, Windows is happy to share
the load between them even for fairly mundane tasks like
installing software.
