The Windows XP x64 crowns the benchmarks followed by a close second Windows XP and then come the X300 benches.
Strangely in the Diffuse + Specular (3 point lights) test the X300 scores better then the X600 under Windows XP.

This tool allows you to see what OpenGL specifications your video card supports.
It also has benchmarks to test the supported specifications and it comes in native x64 as well as 32-bits versions.
