A Closer Look - External Features :

As I mentioned on the previous page Cooler Master
have opted for a highly symmetrical look which actually works
rather well. There aren't many places the ATC-210 would look
out of place be it under your desk or alongside you Hi-fi equipment.

Below the silver power button are the two LEDs,
one for the power and one for HDD activity. Showing how savvy
they've become in the whole PC case game Cooler Master have
opted for blue LEDs which is another nice touch and adds that
something different. That's one less mod needed to impress your
mates! Below the two LEDs is the reset switch that despite being
flush enough to avoid being pressed accidentally is also perfectly
operable with the humble finger, no fishing around for biros
or other similarly pointy things required here I'm happy to
say. The buttons give a responsive click and feel to be reasonable
quality.

An finally at the bottom of the case are two USB
ports. These aren't protected in any way and my fear is that
they may gather dust and dirt over prolonged use. The acrylic
door is cut away towards the bottom allowing you to access the
USB ports without needing to swing it open.

The rear of the case is a fairly standard affair
but features a nice, colour coded I/O plate and reveals that
Cooler Master have done the smart thing and gone for thumb screws
throughout. Three thumb screws each side secure the two side
panels while an additional four hold the removable motherboard
tray in place. There's an 80mm rear fan installed and seven
expansion slots are available. The four screws at the top (around
the PSU mounting area) are to remove the PSU mounting plate,
a great idea that makes changing the PSU a breeze. You also
get a larger redundant PSU mounting plate should you want to
fit one. We'll get a closer look at it on the next page but
you can just make out another 80mm fan right on top of the case.
