A Closer Look:::...

From a side-on view the side window looks acceptably clear, and it is reasonably, but that doesn't alter my personal dislike of it, especially for the cost.

Case Side View

A square, fine mesh vent indicates the location of the optional top fan. Here you can see that the handles are flat and relatively quite broad.

Case Top View

The design of the lower front panel is certainly nicely done. You can easily see the large, open vent for the front 120mm intake fan, but bear in mind that having such a large fan sucking huge gulps of air though such a fine mesh will inevitably mean lots of wiping dust off it, particularly noticeable on the black version I should imagine.

Case Lower Front View

The usual front connectors are offered, including a Firewire port which is always a bonus. They're unfortunately left wide open, and with a large fan behind them they're just waiting to get clogged full of all manner of fluff and junk.

Front External Connectors

Here's a closer look at the power button, reset button and HDD LED. Functional rather than luxurious I think you'd agree.

The Case

Switching to the bottom we see case feet. Great for carpet, but I'd think twice before standing this case on a hard surface you care about. The shape also means that if, like I've been known to do on occasion, you want to stand one case on top of another, you're probably best not to place this one on top unless you want to see the slightest nudge bring it crashing down. You could always take them off of course.

I think a set of optional hard-surface feet should be supplied, or at the very least some adhesive rubber pads for the end of the feet that are supplied.
