The
Software :::...
Well,
the bundle is not spectacular in quite the same way MSI's
bundle is, but then again Colin McRae 04 is significantly
better than some of the junk I've seen inside some graphics
card boxes.
I'm
not a fan of bundles at all in general, but I know many
people are and even if Club3D could scrape together half
a dozen recent and decent demo titles it'd look better than
a single game.
We
hear that Club3D will soon be bundling Colin McRae 05 with
their products so that should be worth having too. Personally
I still rather like 04 and play it more than perhaps any
other game on my machine.

Club3D
Installation CD
It
must be near impossible to keep up to date with the drivers
on your product CDs, and as you can see this one is a little
behind the times where drivers are concerned.
The
addition of an automated version of the Coolbits registry
tweak was nice touch, but again Club3D missed the chance
to impress by including a few of NVIDIA's tech demos to
help show off the hardware. You'd be surprised how many
people buy cards like this, fire up a 5 or 6 year old game
then get disappointed because the graphics don't look significantly
better.
