Fong Kai International FK-320 Case Review
Author : Joseph Jaramillo - Product Analyst : 29th January 2002

3DVelocity would like to thank Fong Kai International - particularly Bill Strader - for providing this case for review.

Introduction :

As you might have noticed, 3DVelocity has been reviewing PC cases lately. Why? While a good portion of the people who regularly visit are casual gamers, we realize that there are those out there looking to squeeze every possible frame per second out of their machines. "What does that have to do with cases?" you ask. Well, those who try to get the most out of their hardware are probably overclocking, and as any veteran overclocker will tell you: it isn't quite possible without the right equipment. Beyond your standard CPU coolers, one of the most important aspects of cooling your equipment is the shell you have around it: your PC case.

We'd reviewed Chenming's latest beauty, the 701v, and gave it high marks for its rock-solid stability, ease of use, and elegant design. It fell into the class of PC cases that is intended for the "set it and forget it" league, wanting a solid case that wouldn't require much fiddling. The next review, of Antec's SX-830, fell into the category of those who don't care so much about aesthetics, although it was by no means an ugly case. What it lacked in form it made up in function.

And with that, it is my privelage to introduce you to the Fong Kai International FK-320, a case that gracefully combines elegance with function.
