Well, the Raptor's nothing if not consistent with a clean sweep of wins. The spin speeds at approximately 40% faster than either the Maxtor or the Caviar translate to a similar percentile performance advantage when we look at the average speeds for the three units. The "Disk Speed Index" is a little flattering to say the least but the Raptor's win is unequivocal.
