a pass- thru connector and can be linked together for greater
length or to mix and match the colours.
Each

being encased in silicone rubber they are extremely flexible
and can be wedged, glued and crammed just about anywhere.

Of
course traditional cable would be quite bulky and unlikely
to hold up to constant bending and twisting so sunbeam have
used a kind of flat ribbon cable to distribute the power.

You don't always get an accurate depiction from a picture
but these things are bright! Look straight on and you'll
be staring through coloured blobs for the next ten minutes
or so when you look away.
And
the brightness is uniform across the whole spread. The last
LED is every bit as piercing as the first.
With
a little imagination the possibilities from the Nigh Magic
are endless, and not just in your case either. I can see
these lighting up a subwoofer or a monitor, and being encapsulated
in rubber they're electrically insulated which makes placement
easier. Keep them away from heat though.
I
can just imagine four or five strips of this stuff fed individually
through a chaser style control box (like the Sunbeam
Lightbus which I'm reviewing shortly), the effects would
be stunning!
