Introduction:::...

Until the recent arrival of the Tsunami aluminium case, I have to admit that most of Thermaltake's case lineup has been a little rich for my blood. The bold colours and extravagant styling seemed to be aimed at a much younger or more liberal buyer than I could claim to be.

The Tsunami was a breath of fresh air. Its all aluminium construction, incredible light weight and simple but elegant styling probably gave it a broader audience appeal than almost any case that Thermaltake had created before. The fact that it was also cheaper than many similarly styled cases, and added the benefits of 120mm cooling was just icing on an otherwise very moist piece of case.

Thermaltake are not particularly know for their ability to sit still and wallow in the afterglow of a successful product, and before we've even finished discussing what a great case the Tsunami is along comes the next case in the genre, along with a new design and a new interior. It's still light, it's still almost entirely made from lightweight aluminium, and it still has the looks needed to turn heads.
